Visuals
One of the most important strategies when supporting children is the use of visuals. They are vital if supporting neurodiverse children or children who struggle with anxiety and distressing behaviour. However, visuals can and should be used with all children! Visuals allow time for processing, help prepare for transitions, build independence, help reduce anxiety and much more!
Social Stories
Social stories provide short descriptions of specific situations or events to help provide information about what to expect, why a situation might happen and what to do in the situation. This section will guide you through how to use social stories and their impact, particularly for children on the Autism spectrum.
Comic Strip Conversations
A fantastic strategy to use to help children understand abstract aspects of conversation and social interactions. Comic strip conversations are visual representations, using stick figures to help unpick trick parts of interactions.

Seminar tickets lasts for 30 days from first play and provide up to 20 plays of the videos in the course. Tickets are non-transferable.
Live small group sessions on are organised on a monthly basis at different time slots for customer convenience. Sessions last 1 hour and take place in groups no larger that 6 participants to ensure that you’ve a chance to ask your questions and apply the lessons to your situation.
