Rebecca McMaster is the founder of Eden Consultancy NI and an award-winning entrepreneur with a passion for changing the world around neurodivergent children and young people by equipping the key adults around them with knowledge, understanding, and practical strategies.

Rebecca was named Business Award UK’s Young Business Woman of the Year 2025, Eastside Awards’ Business Start-Up of the Year 2025, and FSB Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2024.

Rebecca delivers training, workshops, and consultancy services across both Northern and Southern Ireland, supporting thousands of parents, carers, professionals, volunteers, and organisations from a wide range of sectors. She regularly hosts sold-out conferences for parents and professionals and is a sought-after keynote speaker at events across the island of Ireland.

In February 2026, Rebecca completed her first international consultancy and training work in Cyprus, partnering with an international school to provide specialist support and guidance around neurodiversity and inclusive practice.

Rebecca is also the host of the Eden Equips podcast, which features a wide variety of professionals, autistic individuals, and parents/carers sharing their expertise, lived experiences, and personal stories to help build greater understanding and support for neurodivergent children and young people.

Rebecca believes in creating understanding and support around each child and young person, focusing on their unique needs and ensuring they feel fully loved and accepted for who they are. Rather than seeking to change the child, Rebecca’s mission is to change the world around the neurodivergent child or young person. Creating a world where they feel fully loved, accepted, and experience a true sense of belonging.
